Patty Parker Mathes: Founding Member

Patty Parker Mathes is an actor, producer and founding member of Choice Films.  Together with the Choice team in New York, Patty co-produced and co-starred in a number of multi-media projects including: TUNE iN, (Caroline's On Broadway), Five Women Wearing the Same Dress (Mint Space Theatre, off-Broadway), Love Angst and the Way In, and Looking For Limmerance.  Prior to that in Los Angeles, Patty co-founded and served as Managing Director for Sisu Productions, a non-profit theatre company fostering young playwrights and the production of new works, allowing her the opportunity to produce and perform in a variety of challenging projects including the West Coast Premiere of Bed of a Poet. Throughout her career in North Carolina, Atlanta, Los Angeles and New York, Patty has performed in numerous commercials, voice-overs, independent films, and TV shows.

Recently marrying and relocating to Dallas, Patty continues to perform in her new arena, including independent feature film roles, national & regional commercials, professional theatre roles and maintaining her long-standing position as the on-line voice for Bank of America.  While currently playing her true life role of new wife and full-time stepmom, Patty also serves on the River Valley Arts Center Board of Directors, the Mistletoe Market Committee for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the River Valley, and the PTO Board for Russellville Middle School.  Somehow, she still manages to find plenty of time to pursue her latest passion: the alternately glorious and maddening game of golf.

An honor graduate of North Carolina State University, Patty's other professional studies include Master classes with Terry Schreiber at T. Schreiber Studio, the professional program at Circle in the Square Theatre School in New York, and training at the Groundlings Improvisational School in Los Angeles. Patty is a member of the Drama League, and remains an honorary member of the T.
